Having children attending jump rope classes, just as any other sports activities, to direct them towards a healthy and active living is our main goal.
We provide a playful and challenging atmosphere at our lessons, we focus on developing better coordination skills, improve concentration as well as physical condition, and stimulate a creative mindset.
Our courses aim at teaching basic jump rope technics, footwork, pair and team work, rhythmic exercises, coordination challenges, both single rope and Double Dutch, we work on presentation and performing skills.
We also recommend jump rope as a from of cross training for children whose main choice is another sport.
It is a great way to keep in shape, learn skills, and can serve as a base for plenty of other sports.
